I made Hudson some zucchini "baby biscotti". I made a loaf of zucchini bread, with only egg yolks and not much brown sugar. I then sliced it and baked the slices on a cookie sheet for another 30 minutes. He loves to knaw on it. Brooks also likes to eat it and calls it cookies.
