The boys competed in a swim meet last weekend at Purdue. They both did a fantastic job. Hudson placed 9th place (out of 31 swimmers) in the 50 back. Brooks placed 8th (against 28 swimmers) in the 100 yd free and 9th in the 50 yd free. This was their last short course (25 yd pool) meet of the season.
Last night we heard diver David Boudia speak at Purdue. He won the gold medal in platform in the 2012 games, and dove for Purdue. Hudson was super excited to see him, since he has aspirations of becoming a diver. They both got to talk with him afterwards and got his autograph.
