Back on the Podium

We spent last weekend at Ferdinand State Forest. It was our first visit there, the trails were hilly and challenging, and the forest was quiet and peaceful.

We were the only campers in this section of the park. It was beautiful.

Saturday Splash

Brooks and Hudson had another strong showing on Saturday. It was the first outdoor meet that they've done. The weather was nice, and they really enjoyed being outside. Hudson said his favorite thing was laying on the chaise lounges, we were at the country club after all.

Wordless Wednesday

State Champ!

Yesterday was the last race of the season. It was a fun course, and everyone had a great time. Fortunately there was a lack of mud!

Ryan had a fantastic race. He took the lead halfway through the first lap, and held it for the rest of the race. By time he crossed the finish line he had a 52 second gap! I am so proud of him. He has worked extremely hard this season, and the results have proven that.
