We've had a bunch of award winners this past week. Ryan's band received a Gold at contest on Friday. Hudson received 2nd place at a chess tournament and Brooks won 3rd place (out of 29 K-3rd graders). They also helped their school win 1st place out of all the elementary schools at the tournament.
Brooks earned straight As for the 3rd 9 weeks and also received the Principal's Award from his teacher.
What did I win? Nothing, but I can now deadlift 135 lbs!

congratulations on their wins. Also, tell those boys that Buddy Buddy used to play Chess and they'll have to get him to play with them when they come down.
